This video was shot at El Oso Park with the help of Emily Gianardi-Gonzalez, a Health Science major, and Justin Lacertosa, a Sports Journalism major. I was able to speak with parents of the players in the Cactus Youth Baseball League.
This was a podcast I did with my cousin, Matt Broos. Matt was a ground screw worker for the Boston Red Sox and the Arizona Diamondbacks. We spoke about the side of grounds crew work that people may not know.
This is the final multimedia package project for JMC 306! The big one. I profiled the Cactus Youth Baseball League and was able to shed some light on the good work being done in the Maryvale community. This project is chock full of media, including two written stories, an audio slideshow, some pictures taken by yours truly, an infographic, and a news package styled video.
